After graduating from Vallivue High School, Bryan moved to Missoula, Montana, to attend the University of Montana where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then moved to Moscow to attend the University of Idaho College of Law and received his law degree in 2001. He remained in Moscow for two years and worked for the City of Moscow as a prosecutor.
Bryan returned to Canyon County in 2003 and worked at the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In 2008, he partnered to form his own law firm with a focus on litigation. He eventually returned to the Canyon County Prosecutor’s Office where he handled a high-volume caseload and high-profile felony cases for several years.
Bryan joined White Peterson in May 2022. His practice areas focus on general business, real estate and civil litigation with an emphasis on estate litigation, contract disputes, property disputes and business litigation. Bryan has over twenty years of litigation experience and is well respected in the legal profession.
In his personal time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing and golfing.
