White Peterson is pleased to announce that Marc Bybee became shareholder in the firm on January 1, 2023. Mr. Bybee has practiced law at White Peterson since 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a Public Defender in Canyon County for six years.
Mr. Bybee earned his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2013. His practice focuses on local government, real estate, business law and civil litigation. Marc is a member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce and is currently enrolled in the Leadership Caldwell Class of 2023.
