“We engaged Atty Nichols in order to obtain an opinion about the purchase of a property located in Idaho by a trustee. We needed information regarding the trust's ownership, payment of various expenses, leasing requirements, use of a mortgage, and proper indemnification, all within the context of Idaho's community property statutes.
