Phil Peterson Participated in the 2016 Estate Planning Conference

On September 30 and October 1, 2016, Phil Peterson, a firm estate planning attorney, participated in the Idaho State Bar’s 2016 Estate Planning Conference presented in Boise, Idaho, by the Bar’s Taxation, Probate & Trust Law Section, of which he is a member.  Topics covered at the seminar included:

Phil Peterson Attends 55th Annual Idaho State Tax Conference

Estate planning and taxation attorney Phil Peterson, on October 24 and 25, 2013, participated in the 55th Annual Idaho State Tax Institute in Pocatello, Idaho. Discussion topics during the conference included the following:

● Qualified and Non-qualified Employee Retirement Plans

● Elder Law: Elder-Focused Asset Protection Trusts

This is the thirty-fourth consecutive year Mr. Peterson has attended the conference, which is presented annually by the Idaho State University College of Business to provide taxation and financial planning continuing professional education for Idaho attorneys and accountants from around the state.

Firm estate planning attorney Phil Peterson, a member of the Idaho State Bar’s Taxation, Probate and Trust Law Section, attended the section’s two-day Annual Advanced Estate Planning Seminar on September 6th and 7th, 2013. Topics discussed included:
