Terry joined the firm in 1972. After graduation from law school, he worked as a deputy prosecutor in Ada County prior to joining the firm.
His major practice areas involve municipal law, real estate, estate planning, probate and general business. He is the current Nampa city attorney for all civil matters and has held that position for over 35 years. Terry also serves as the firm's Managing Director.
Terry was born and raised in New Plymouth. He is married and has three sons.
