After graduating from law school,  Chris prosecuted for the Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney's office and later became the Chief Deputy Public Defender for the Canyon County Public Defender's Office. Chris is a shareholder in the firm and has been a member of the firm since 1990. He has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years and has tried in excess of 50 jury trials and made countless court appearances.


Chris was born and raised in Newton, Kansas. He enjoys camping with his family and participating in outdoor activities including: hunting, fishing, skiing and white water kayaking. He also writes a weekly outdoor column for the Idaho Press Tribune.
